Carvykti™ (ciltacabtagene autoleucel) is a CAR T-cell therapy used to treat adults with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. This personalized treatment involves modifying a patient's own T cells to recognize and attack cancerous myeloma cells. Carvykti is typically used when other treatments, such as chemotherapy, proteasome inhibitors, or immunomodulatory drugs, have failed.
